Message from Mr. Schulte:
As we head into May, we are entering into some exciting and busy times of the school year. We are wrapping up MAP and EOC testing and appreciate the hard work and focus our students and staff have given throughout the testing season. Spring activities are also coming to a close, and we are proud of the dedication and accomplishments of our student-athletes and coaches during this season. in Addition, our Music Department will be conducting their Spring Concert on May 6th at 7:00 PM.
We look forward to celebrating our graduating seniors at commencement on May 17th at 2:00 PM, a milestone that reflects years of commitment and achievement.
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4th–8th which provides an important opportunity for everyone to recognize the impact our teachers and staff make on our students each day. Their time and dedication is what makes our school an amazing place to learn and grow.
Thank you for your continued support as we finish the school year strong.

🌪️ A Special Moment in Archie Athletics History 🏃♂️
Lake Callahan (Class of 2027) has etched his name in the record books, breaking a 60-year-old school record previously held by Jack Gebhardt (Class of 1966)!
Jack’s mark stood in the 440-yard dash, while Lake set the new standard in the 400-meter dash—an incredible achievement spanning generations.
Even more meaningful, the Gebhardt family played a key role in planning and building the Archie Sports Complex, the home of numerous sporting events throughout the years.
What an unforgettable moment to have both record holders together for a photo—past and present coming full circle! 👏 |

Come out and support the Archie FFA Chapter this Saturday at the Annual Plant Sale. We will be open from 9am-3pm. We have hanging baskets, assorted bedding plants, veggies, herbs and more!

Seniors!
The finish line is in sight! Enjoy these last moments of high school, you’ve earned them.
The countdown is on! Make sure you know what you will need to take care of before you leave us. You will receive a senior checkout list reminding you to pay fees, turn in books, etc. You will also need to provide us with your plans after high school and share your contact information. If you don’t already have a personal non-Archie email address, you will need to create one. Also, keep in mind that once you graduate, you will no longer have access to your Archie email or Archie Google Drive. Make sure you transfer things you might need to your personal Google Drive. You never know, that English paper you wrote might come in handy some day.
This is an exciting and sometimes stressful time, so do not hesitate to reach out if you need help.
Seniors planning to use A+-
Don’t miss these two important requirements. Many students forget to submit their FAFSA Submission Summary to Academic Services, and some do not meet the required math benchmark (either scoring Proficient or Advanced on a math EOC or earning the minimum ACT Math score).
Don’t let either of these stand in the way of earning money to help pay for tuition!
This year cords will be awarded to seniors to wear at graduation who demonstrate their financial aid readiness, by completing the FAFSA. To receive these cords, students must submit their FAFSA submission summary to Mrs. Mell by May 8th.

Transcripts
Academic Services will be closed from July 1st - August 3rd. If you need a transcript during this time, please allow a few extra days so that we can prepare one for you.
Remeber- We do not accept transcript requests by email. If you need a transcript, please complete a Transcript Request Form. Over the summer, you may use the online form linked below. Your unofficial transcript can be found in the Infinite Campus parent and student portal under documents.
For the online form, please be sure to use your personal email address.

At Archie School, our goal is to partner with parents to ensure every student achieves both academic and personal success. One important way parents can support their students is by stating current with academic progress.
We encourage you to regularly monitor your student’s grades and assignments through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This tool allows you to view grades and identify any missing work. If you are unable to access Infinite Campus, please see the instructions provided below or contact our front office for assistance.
